This is a replacement lighting component. Neither mark can be added to a lamp retrospectively. CE marking addresses the European product requirements, while the E-mark is ECE type approval for the lighting, and on approved models it is applied permanently to the housing of the fog lamp with the issuing country code, the regulation and the approval number.
