  • How does transactions work?

When an order is placed at lologoo.com, the Customer is buying goods from you, the Seller. We will send you an order confirmation email. LOLOGOO.COM enables the transaction between Buyer and you( the Seller). We process each customer’s payment in our secure online checkout. We also offer the Customer a single-point of contact, so they can speak to us about any questions they might have about your product, and to organise returns or the Buyer can contact you directly .

  • Who do I invoice when I receive an order?

When you receive an order, LOLOGOO.COM has already received payment in full from the Customer, and is holding the money on your behalf in your account. You should print the Receipt and Labels for each order in your account and include this with your order when you ship it.

  •  How are LOLOGOO.COM’s fees collected?

On 15 th each month, lologoo.com will email you an invoice ( the previous month’s invoice )outlining all of your sales that month and any fees due on those sales. Your earnings for the month are automatically transferred to your PayPal account minus any fees that are owed to lologoo.com. No action is needed on your behalf.

  • How and when do I get paid?

iWhen you have paypal account, the customer checkout through paypal, you will receive fund instantly . other it will be On the 15th of each month we will transfer your earnings to either your Bank Account (UK Sellers only) or PayPal Account. Please ensure you have the correct details saved in your account. You can download our invoice detailing your sales and any fees in your account. No action is required by you. lologo.com will provide you with an invoice for our fees charged.

  • What about Insurance and Order tracking? And what happens if it goes missing in transit?

It is vital that when you ship orders, you get necessary tracking information and if your items are valuable that you have adequate insurance in case things go missing in transit…which they often do. If the customer does not receive their item, or if it arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to ensure either a replacement is sent, or a refund is issued.

  • How do Returns, Cancellations and Refunds work?

When you signup, you provide a returns address and agree to act in accordance with our standard returns policy (made-to-order items do not have to be refunded if you choose not to). You (the seller) will generate a personalised returns label for customers that wish to return an item to you. You must contact us as soon as you have received the returned item, and confirm its condition. Any refunds to the Customer are organised by lologoo.com. If you have already been paid for the sale, we will charge the cost of the refund to your credit card, deduct it from your next payment or invoice you directly. You can read our Returns & Refunds policy here. If a customer cancels an order before they have received it, we may confirm with you whether or not the item has been shipped yet. If it has not, we will ask you to refrain from Shipping the item and the item will be marked as “Cancelled” in Your Account. You can read our full Returns and Refunds Policy here.

  • Who handles Customer Service?

Customers can contact you  via email, online message and feedback forms, telephone or in writing. If the Customer has a product query, The customers can put information through products inquires form , we will liaise with you and if necessary put you in touch with them .

Sell on lologoo

Basic sell account:  12% commission on completion of a sale

pro sell account: 8% commission on completion of sale +£10.00/mth subscription(cancel any time ,FIRST THREE MONTHS FOR FREE)

*the buyers either pay through payment by amazon or paypal, , when the buyer checkout through paypal, the vendor will receive payment instantly. when the buyer checkout through payment by amazon, we will deduct our commission and transfer the amount upon the customer’s satisfied items.
